Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment.
I require a 50% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit (of the cost of services booked) for future appointments if you cancel within 24 hours of the original appointment.
If you "no-show," or cancel/reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 50% of the cost of services booked, as well as be required to make a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of at least 50% (of the cost of services booked) to book any future appointments.
After the first offense of this, you will be required to prepay 100% of the cost of any future services before they are booked.
All deposits go towards the cost of the appointment booked.
